Teen Driver’s Education Packages

We offer teen driver’s education courses and behind the wheel instruction.

In-Person Classroom & Behind-The-Wheel Bundled Package

Driver’s Education In-Person classroom participation with a licensed driver’s education instructor.
Students will receive their certificate during the class that allows them to obtain a learner’s license at your local Texas DPS office.
This package also includes the 14 hours behind the wheel instruction, administered by Patriot Driving Academy. Lessons are administered once the student obtains their learner’s permit.
Students cannot miss more than 5 hours of the classroom instruction.
Course completion certificate provided for a Texas Driver’s license once the student completes their enrollment requirements.
This package is for students who have NOT started any driver’s education courses. If your student already has a learners permit, please see our in-car only packages.

Register for In-Person Class & Behind the Wheel

Online Classroom & Behind-The-Wheel Bundled Package

Students begin their driver’s education journey by completing the required online driver’s education course. The course is self paced and students can complete up to 6 hours of the course per day.
Students are required to complete their online course and obtain their learner’s permit within 3 months of enrollment.
Students must complete the entire online course work in order to receive their learner’s permit and driver’s license certificate.
Package instructions and information on scheduling with DPS is provided after registration via email
This package is for students who have NOT started any driver’s education courses. If your student already has a learners permit, please see our in-car only packages.

After permit is received, behind the wheel drive times are administered by Patriot Driving Academy.
Students may begin scheduling observation hours with Patriot right away.
Drive times include a total of 7 hours of driving and 7 hours of observations. Equivalent to a minimum of 770 minutes.
Packages are based on how quickly you want to complete the drive time hours.
Students must have their permit for 6 months AND be 16 in order to get their license.
